Do you only work with eClinicalWorks?
Yes. We work inside eClinicalWorks exclusively and do not support other EHR platforms. That focus is what lets the team go deep on eCW-specific configuration instead of spreading thin across a dozen systems.
Where is H&A based, and do you work outside Houston?
We're based in Spring, Texas, in Greater Houston. We work on-site with practices across the Houston area and remotely with eClinicalWorks practices nationwide.
Are you an official eClinicalWorks partner?
No. Our team has years of hands-on experience configuring and running eClinicalWorks for practices, but that reflects experience, not an official eClinicalWorks partnership or certification.
How long does an eClinicalWorks optimization take?
Most optimization projects take 2 to 4 weeks. New implementations and migrations take longer and depend on practice size, data migration and interfaces; ask for a written timeline with dates for build, testing, training and go-live.
Do you handle medical billing as well as the EHR?
Yes. Our in-house team of 150+ billing specialists handles claims, coding, denial management and collections, configured around your eCW workflow rather than a separate billing platform.
